We are so proud and thankful to announce that Mom’s Homemade-style salsas have been voted a winner in the Ottawa Awards 2022!
Mom’s was nominated in the Best Late-Night Food category, and our supporters and fans helped vote us into the No. 1 spot over many other fantastic Ottawa products and eateries. We’ve got a snazzy new gold crest from the sponsors of the award which we’ll be displaying on the website to celebrate the win.
Many we’ll even have to find some room on the label for it, too!
At times like this it’s hard not to think back to those first few weeks and months when we were just getting started on this journey and to the many, many kind people who helped us then, and during the past three years. We saw a heartfelt thank you to you all!
We’d also like to congratulate some of our many friends who also won awards, including Stray Dog Brewery, Stonecrop Acres Winery and The Red Apron … all wonderful local businesses! To the many others who were nominated, but did not end up on top in the voting, we also pass along a big congrats!
Heck, we were really excited to even have been nominated – an honour in itself. Much less to be able to come out on top.
